Why we included this project

Neurite arranges your notes, web links, and code as nodes on an endless fractal canvas instead of stacking them in documents, so a second-brain tool finally behaves like something other than a fancy file tree. AI agents work inside that same graph, reading and writing content, while semantic search over your stored knowledge turns retrieval into wandering a thought map rather than typing a query. It suits researchers and solo developers who think in spatial terms and keep context scattered, particularly when they want several language models cooperating in one workspace. The Neural API goes further, letting you script automated exploration or define custom node types when you'd rather reshape the tool to your workflow than the other way around.
