Why we included this project
Remotion maintains a set of skills that give AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor the project-specific knowledge they otherwise lack. An agent can call on a skill to scaffold a new composition, write idiomatic React markup, render stills or MP4s, or pull current API references from the docs before implementing anything. The maps skill covers Mapbox, MapLibre, and CesiumJS, the kind of detail a generic assistant tends to get wrong. Since install is a single command and each skill is triggered by a slash prompt, teams working on Remotion pipelines can encode their best practices into the tooling without extra ceremony.
