Why we included this project

Most people who work across Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor end up repeating themselves: the context you build in one tool does not carry over to the next. Second Brain gives those tools a shared memory that runs inside your own Cloudflare account, so notes, decisions, and preferences are stored once and recalled wherever you happen to be working. Entries are embedded for semantic search, so you can pull up relevant context without remembering exactly how you phrased it. Because the memory lives in your account rather than inside a single vendor's product, you are not locked into one assistant, and the free-tier Cloudflare deployment keeps the cost at zero. A desktop app handles the setup in about two minutes, and a one-click deploy covers anyone who prefers not to touch Workers and D1 directly.
