Why we included this project
PaddlePaddle's model zoo is a practical resource if you want a proven starting point without digging through scattered papers and checkpoints. It collects hundreds of production-tested models, organized by area such as vision, natural language, speech, recommendation, and time series, with separate tracks for research and community contributions. Each model links to the matching PaddlePaddle toolkit, so you can move from picking a model to actually running it without wiring up dependencies yourself. The PP-series models are worth a look when you want a known balance of accuracy and inference speed before tuning further. Use this as a discovery layer on top of the PaddlePaddle ecosystem rather than a single app you install wholesale.
