Why we included this project
ComfyUI users who do serious inpainting work will get real use out of these nodes. They wrap the BrushNet inpainting architecture as a native ComfyUI implementation rather than a diffusers wrapper, and also bring in PowerPaint task-prompt inpainting, higher-resolution output through HiDiffusion, and a RAUNet option, with support for both SD1.5 and SDXL checkpoints. The CutForInpaint node is especially handy for large images, letting you crop a small masked area, process it, and blend it back without eating too much VRAM. Because there is no external library in the way, the nodes play well with other extensions such as IPAdapter Plus and LoRA, so combining object removal, outpainting, and batch runs in one workflow is practical.
