Why we included this project

AI Review drops LLM-powered review comments straight into pull requests on GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and Gitea, handling inline notes, cross-file context, and summary reviews. You can route it through OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Ollama, Bedrock, OpenRouter, or Azure OpenAI and switch providers as needed, which is convenient if you already hold API keys or prefer a local model. The agent mode is worth a look: the model can run shell commands to explore the repository before writing its review, so feedback reflects the actual codebase rather than a single-shot guess. Everything runs client-side, so your code never passes through a third-party service, and it can reply to existing review threads to keep the conversation moving.
