Why we included this project

This repository is a personal reading log of computer vision papers, kept by hand and updated at irregular intervals, with most entries landing in object detection. Each paper links to its source at a major venue, from CVPR and ICCV to NeurIPS and AAAI, plus journals like TIP and TGRS, and the author's own notes are attached to the PDFs, so you get a condensed take on each method instead of a bare title list. That makes it a fast map of the detection literature, covering anchor-based and anchor-free detectors, rotated and aerial object detection, IoU-family losses, and feature pyramid designs. Entries are grouped by year and venue, which helps you trace how ideas evolved. It is a curated study aid rather than runnable software, but for a literature review or for choosing papers to read in depth, it saves real time.
