Why we included this project

Copilot Developer Camp is a self-paced workshop rather than a runtime you deploy, which is worth knowing up front. It walks developers through extending Microsoft 365 Copilot, from no-code declarative agents to pro-code agents built with the Agents Toolkit, and on to fully custom engine agents using the M365 Agents SDK and Semantic Kernel. The labs split into learning paths and bundles, so you can follow the scenario that fits your role: securing an MCP server with OAuth and Entra ID, coordinating multi-agent workflows with role-based handoffs, grounding answers in enterprise data through connectors, or building a production-ready insurance claims agent with document search and vision analysis. Each path comes with prerequisites, working code, and deployment steps, which makes it a practical reference for teams ramping up on Copilot extensibility. The examples are real and current, so it's a solid starting point for evaluating how to build Copilot agents.
