Why we included this project

Prompt engineering usually means endless rounds of tweaking wording and testing it by hand, hoping the change actually helped. Prompts Royale turns that into a tournament: you describe what you want the prompt to accomplish, add a few scenarios with expected outputs, and the app generates candidate prompts, battles them against your test cases, and ranks the survivors with ELO ratings and Monte Carlo matchmaking. The result is a winner you can point to, not a hunch. Everything runs in the browser as a Nuxt app, with data stored locally and requests going straight from your browser to the LLM API, so you can either run it yourself or use the hosted version. If you need to justify a prompt choice to a team, or you just want to stop guessing which phrasing works, the automated battle format saves real time.
