Why we included this project

Hopsworks bundles a Python-first feature store, model registry, and model serving into one platform, so teams avoid wiring together separate tools to get from features to production. Its project-based multi-tenancy lets different teams share assets while keeping sensitive data isolated with fine-grained access controls. You can run it on your own hardware or in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a single-command installer plus bundled tutorials for fraud, churn, and online prediction get you from zero to a working example quickly. It also plays well with existing stacks: if you're already on Databricks, SageMaker, or Kubeflow, you can add the feature store alongside them instead of replacing everything.
