Why we included this project
Most coding agents default to the same safe layout: a hero section, a row of cards, and a call to action. Taste-Skill is a set of SKILL.md files you drop into Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools, and it changes how your existing agent behaves. The main anti-slop skill reads your brief and picks a design direction, then varies layout, motion, and density instead of reaching for boilerplate. There are also focused variants for redesigns and image-to-code workflows, plus specific aesthetics like minimalist or brutalist UIs, and image-generation skills that produce reference boards to hand back to the agent. It is a prompt-and-workflow layer rather than a framework you import, so it works with the agent you already use; developers who keep hand-fixing generated frontends, or solo builders shipping landing pages and portfolios, will get the most out of installing it and testing a few of the dials.
