Why we included this project

People training game agents or digging into game data often waste hours hunting for usable sources, and this index exists to spare them that. It collects player stats, board-game metadata, replay logs, review aggregators, and API endpoints, plus books and tooling aimed at AI and data-mining work in games. Because it is a curated resource list rather than software you deploy, its real value is as a map: the entries are grouped by theme, from APIs and datasets to market research, so you can land on a relevant resource without skimming unrelated material. For coursework projects, small experiments, or anyone new to game AI research, it is a dependable place to start finding data and benchmark environments.
