Why we included this project
Most teams shipping generative AI features end up burying prompts and model settings in application code, which turns a small change into a redeploy. AIConfig breaks that loop by keeping prompts and model settings in JSON config files that live in version control, separate from the application code. Python and Node SDKs run those configs at runtime with a single call, and a bundled editor gives you a place to tweak and test prompts interactively before committing anything. The result is that prompt changes become tracked, reviewable artifacts instead of scattered string literals, so teams can iterate on behavior without a full release cycle.
