Why we included this project

The author built this study plan after moving through machine learning hiring loops at companies like Google, LinkedIn, Snap and Coupang, and the material reads like field notes from those rounds. It is organized as a plan rather than a course: the system design section works through concrete cases such as YouTube-style recommendation and LinkedIn feed ranking, while the rest collects interview write-ups, commonly asked questions, and preparation routines for FAANG-style loops. Engineers with a system design round coming up will get the most out of the structured walkthroughs, and newcomers can use the reading list to decide where to focus first. There is nothing to install here; the value lies in how the material is organized and in what the author noticed about how these interviews actually run, so it works best as a companion to hands-on coding practice and mock interviews.
