Why we included this project

Large language model tooling has grown so fast that most people find libraries through scattered GitHub searches or word of mouth. This project collects more than 120 of those libraries into a single organized index, grouped the way teams actually build LLM applications, so you can compare fine-tuning frameworks, retrieval setups, and agent orchestration options in one place. It is a reference shelf rather than software you install, maintained by someone who works in the field. That makes it a useful first stop when you are scoping a stack, and even experienced builders will likely run across tools they had not seen before.
