Why we included this project
Anyone who keeps several AI coding tools installed knows the friction of managing a separate login for each one. Cockpit Tools is a desktop app that handles that bookkeeping in one place: it switches between accounts for Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Codex, and a dozen other AI IDEs, tracks usage quotas, and can run multiple instances of the same app side by side. The wake-up automation lets you trigger quota resets ahead of time, and running different accounts in parallel means you are not constantly logging out and back in. It is a solid fit for people who share team seats, hold several subscriptions, or just want one tool to keep their AI accounts organized.
