Why we included this project

Most Chinese researchers will eventually face the same stack of document types: NSFC proposals, provincial science fund applications, SCI manuscripts with cover letters, and theses bound to a specific university's formatting rules. This project bundles LaTeX templates for exactly those jobs and pairs them with a modular agent-skills layer, so tools like Claude Code or Codex CLI can handle style alignment, reference management, and compile-testing while you stay focused on the research itself. Templates come in standard and Overleaf-compatible forms, ready to drop into the editor you already use. It is not a standalone application you deploy; the payoff is the conventions and workflows, which spare you from rebuilding Chinese academic formatting rules from scratch.
