Why we included this project

This repo holds the companion materials for DeepLearning.AI's short course on building agents with Anthropic's Agent Skills format. It is not a runnable application; instead it gathers the lesson summaries, reading notes, prompts, and code files that show how a skill is put together as a folder of instructions, scripts, and assets. Developers who want a concrete, worked example of the Agent Skills convention before adopting it in their own projects will find that useful. You can trace how a skill is authored and what files it expects, then see how it plugs into an agent workflow, all from one organized set of course artifacts. Treat it as a reference for learning the pattern rather than something to deploy.
