Why we included this project
OpenCode Portal is a browser front end for the OpenCode AI coding agent, aimed at people who would rather review and steer agent sessions in a web page than in the terminal. It handles session management, real-time chat with file mentions and model switching, and adds git integration, an in-browser terminal, and isolated workspaces on top. Teams already running OpenCode who want a more approachable, mobile-friendly way to keep an eye on agent work will find it useful as a complement to the CLI, not a replacement. One caveat worth knowing: it is a personal project with no connection to the official OpenCode team, so check the docs and how often it is updated before you build a shared workflow around it.
