Why we included this project

This is a personal learning journal that tracks a day-by-day climb through advanced machine learning topics, from building an LLM from scratch to hallucination, graph neural networks, AlphaFold 3, and mechanistic interpretability. It's not a framework or tool; the real value is in the condensed notes and PDF summaries, plus links to the papers and talks worth your time, which spares you from assembling your own reading list. Because everything is organized by days, you can follow the author's own progression or jump straight to whatever you need for a current project. If you're prepping for an interview, writing a thesis, or just trying to get past the basics of ML, these write-ups make a practical companion.
