Why we included this project
Put together by a computer vision PhD student who kept stumbling on talks, tools, and advice they wished they had found earlier, this repo organizes those resources around the actual pain points of research life: reading papers faster, writing strong CVPR/ECCV/ICCV submissions, giving good reviews, and releasing clean, reusable code. Each entry links to the original source and often includes a short summary, so a new grad student can get an overview in under a minute and jump straight to the details. That makes it a practical onboarding aid for early-career researchers and a handy reference for supervisors who want to point students at proven advice. The author also accepts pull requests and issues, so the list keeps growing with community input.
