Why we included this project
For anyone prepping for computer vision or model deployment roles, this is one of the more complete self-study roadmaps around. The repo breaks a CV engineer's growth into clear stages, from programming basics through machine and deep learning, computer vision, model compression and quantization, high-performance computing, and deployment, so it is easy to see what to learn first and how the pieces fit together. It also collects interview question summaries and a list of companies that hire CV and algorithm engineers, which makes it genuinely useful for job targeting rather than just theory. This is a study guide and knowledge archive, not software you install; the value comes from working through it beside courses and hands-on projects. The author notes parts of the repo are frozen, but the core roadmap material is still worth bookmarking.
