Why we included this project
Working through Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Specialization on Coursera, learners often get stuck on a weekly programming assignment or optional lab. This repository collects solved notebooks, quiz answers, and course notes for all three courses, organized by week, so you can check your own implementation before submitting or see how gradient descent, feature scaling, and cost functions actually look in NumPy and TensorFlow. The notes also work well as a review resource before an exam, or for revisiting a single concept without rewatching the lectures. Just treat it as study material, not production code: the value is in understanding the solutions, not shipping them.
