Why we included this project

AI coding assistants are good at generating plausible JavaScript, but animation code is one area where they tend to guess. These skills, maintained by GSAP itself, give Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, and similar agents a reliable reference for the GreenSock platform: proper timeline and tween construction, ScrollTrigger for scroll-driven effects, plugin usage, and framework-specific patterns for React, Vue, and Svelte. Since GSAP became fully free after Webflow acquired it, the skills cover the whole plugin lineup rather than a limited subset. Installing them is one command through the standard skills CLI, so a team can add this to an existing agent setup without building any custom integration. The payoff is straightforward: agents that produce animation code closer to what an experienced GSAP developer would write.
