Why we included this project

Telegram-list is a long-running community project, and its contribution is curation rather than code: hundreds of contributors maintain a hand-sorted directory of Telegram groups, channels, and bots for programmers and other technically minded readers. The list is organized by topic, with sections for frontend and Linux channels, DevOps and data-science groups, job boards, and personal blogs. A dedicated marker flags channels that have gone quiet, so you can tell which resources are stale before you click. For tech workers who practically live in Telegram, it's a fast way to find active communities and news, particularly in the Russian-speaking scene where most of the listed resources are.
