Why we included this project
Google's Applied AI Engineering team maintains this collection of notebooks, reference guides, and hands-on labs for working with generative AI on Vertex AI. The samples are grouped by the task you are trying to solve, so you can find a pattern for grounding a model with retrieval, setting up an agent, evaluating Gemini outputs, or running large-scale training on TPUs without digging through API docs. There are also blueprints that show how to operationalize research models from DeepMind and Google Research, which helps when you want to move past toy demos. The code is meant for demonstration, so treat it as a learning resource to adapt rather than a drop-in application, and check the linked solutions catalog when you need a complete end-to-end example.
