Why we included this project

This is a reading list rather than software: a single maintainer has gone through a large collection of machine learning and software engineering textbooks and filed the worthwhile ones by topic. The collection covers the usual language foundations, C/C++, Java, Python, Scala, plus deeper folders for TensorFlow, Keras, deep learning, NLP, big data, data mining, and recommendation systems, so it reads like a personal bookshelf that grew with someone's career. That makes it handy both for refreshing a language you have not touched in a while and for landing on the right classic text when you need to study something specific, say statistical learning or PySpark. A team putting together an onboarding reading list will appreciate the breadth, and the folder-per-topic layout keeps a large catalog browsable.
