Why we included this project

Andrew Ng's Deep Learning Specialization is a common starting point for people new to deep learning, and this repository makes it usable for Chinese speakers by turning the video lectures into a complete set of written notes, organized to follow the course week by week. The notes cover the core material: neural network basics, hyperparameter tuning, regularization, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTM networks. Because they track the official curriculum closely, they work well as a study companion, whether you want to read ahead, review a concept after a lecture, or study without the videos. The notes are free to use and share, which makes them a practical, low-cost way for self-taught developers to build a foundation before moving on to hands-on frameworks.
