Why we included this project

Andrew Ng's 2014 Stanford machine learning course is still where a lot of people start, and this repo is the Chinese study companion that grew up around it. The author translated the subtitles and wrote out structured notes covering the full arc of the course: supervised and unsupervised learning, SVMs, neural networks, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and the practical material on bias and variance. Alongside the markdown notes it keeps the original lecture slides, bilingual subtitles, and Python code for the exercises, so you can work through the course week by week without assembling materials from half a dozen places. It is a study pack, not software you deploy, but for anyone learning ML fundamentals in Chinese it is one of the most complete and widely used resources of its kind.
