Why we included this project

FaceFusion bundles a broad set of face manipulation tools into one scriptable pipeline, so instead of wiring together several separate projects you get face swapping, lip-syncing, face enhancement, age modification, expression restoration, frame colorization, and background removal from a single CLI. Video editors, VFX artists, and researchers who want a reproducible local workflow rather than a hosted API will appreciate the job manager, headless mode, and batch mode for queuing large media jobs and walking away. It runs on your own hardware, with Docker support and a webcam mode for real-time use, which makes it straightforward to slot into existing pipelines. The catch is that installation demands real technical skill, and the OpenRAIL-AS license carries use restrictions, so read those before building on it.
