Why we included this project

This project turns the sprawling field of machine learning into a single downloadable PDF mindmap. It lays out the data science process, the steps for cleaning data, the mathematics underneath it, the main families of models, and the libraries you're likely to touch. That makes it a handy study aid if you're moving into ML, and a quick refresher if you're already working and want to make sure you haven't forgotten a common approach. The companion Jupyter notebook walks through typical data science steps in code, so you can follow along rather than just stare at a diagram. It's not software you'd deploy, but as a reference for figuring out what to learn next, it's genuinely useful.
