Why we included this project

This open-source course is built for engineers who learn by doing. Across six modules you move from setting up data pipelines for a personal knowledge base to distilling that material into fine-tuning datasets, training an open-source Llama model, and serving it inside an agentic retrieval system that chats with your own documents. Along the way you get real exposure to the toolchain production GenAI teams use, including orchestration, evaluation, vector search, and LLM serving, rather than isolated toy notebooks.
