Why we included this project

This pack is for ComfyUI users who want Photoshop-style editing inside their node graphs. It turns layer and mask operations, including compositing, blending, cropping, and masking, into individual nodes, so a full retouching or compositing workflow can run without leaving ComfyUI to switch between tools. That appeals to teams who want repeatable, versionable image edits instead of manual work in a desktop editor. The pack also bundles segmentation and matting helpers such as SAM and BiRefNet for isolating subjects and cutting out backgrounds in the same pipeline. It is a plugin, not a standalone app, so it suits people already running ComfyUI who want production-grade layer editing without hand-rolling those operations.
