Why we included this project
If you use Claude Code and want to build on Butterbase's backend-as-a-service, this plugin saves you from memorizing the platform's 42+ MCP tools and their argument shapes. It bundles six guided skills that cover the common workflows: scaffolding a full app, designing a database schema, deploying a frontend, debugging row-level security, and writing serverless functions. The plugin auto-configures the MCP server connection and loads CLAUDE.md context on startup, so you skip the usual setup friction of wiring a BaaS into an agent. Sign-in is OAuth based, so there's no API key to paste between clients. For anyone already committed to Claude Code and evaluating Butterbase as a backend, this is what makes the pairing feel native rather than bolted on.
