Why we included this project

BMad sits on top of whatever AI coding tool you already use and turns a short request into a change that has been reviewed and actually runs. The assistant doesn't get to guess at what you meant: the request goes through clarification, a plan you approve, implementation, and a review pass, so the decisions that shape the result stay with you. One command installs it into a repository, and it works the same whether you are starting from an empty directory or adding features to a codebase you inherited, carrying product and technical context between sessions instead of making you re-explain it in every chat. Teams that want their coding assistants to be more predictable, or that are tired of re-prompting the same background, will get the most out of the structured briefs and specifications it produces, plus the multi-agent workflows. The process also sizes itself to the job, so a one-line fix and a large feature each get the right amount of ceremony.
