go-stock is a desktop tool for investors in A-shares, Hong Kong, or US stocks who want a language model to carry some of the research load. It pulls live quotes and market news, runs AI analysis of sentiment, capital flow, and financial reports on the whole market or individual tickers, and can send alerts when prices move. An AI-assisted screener helps shortlist candidates, the analysis prompts are customizable, and you can ask follow-up questions after each result. All market data stays on your machine, and the tool works with cloud models from DeepSeek and OpenAI as well as offline ones through Ollama, LMStudio, or AnythingLLM. That makes it a good fit for individual investors who want a self-contained research companion rather than another cloud dashboard.
