Why we included this project

Chinese-speaking developers and students often hit a wall with scikit-learn's official docs: thorough, but English only. ApacheCN's community translation fixes that by rendering the user guide, API reference, and tutorials in Chinese, organized chapter by chapter to mirror the upstream structure so you can cross-check a term or example against the original. It's a reference and study resource rather than a tool you run, which is precisely the point for teams onboarding new ML engineers or self-learners building a foundation in classical machine learning. Because it tracks the scikit-learn documentation, it stays useful as a companion to the library itself.
