Why we included this project

TechSpar is a self-hosted desktop and web app for people prepping for technical interviews. It runs several mock-interview modes: targeted drills on your weak topics, a full resume-based interview that covers technical questions and project deep dives, and prep shaped around a specific job description. A real-time copilot listens as you speak and offers follow-up suggestions or risk flags. Every session writes back to a persistent profile of what you know and where you stumble, so the next round adapts to the gaps you actually hit. Recorded practice is transcribed into structured Q&A with per-question analysis, and a spaced-repetition scheduler plans review of what you keep forgetting. You can also import PDFs, DOCX, Markdown, and text files into a personal knowledge base that feeds the training sessions. For a self-studying engineer or a small team, the way each round updates the next is what makes this a real training system rather than a one-off mock interview.
