Why we included this project
China's campus recruiting cycle for AI algorithm and machine learning roles is notoriously hard to navigate, and this repo exists for exactly that problem. It is a hand-curated collection of interview material, including a deep learning interview book that spans math, ML, CV, NLP, and SLAM, along with advice on which coding problems to grind and which books to read. It also gathers the logistics that are easy to miss: campus recruiting timelines, referral strategies, resume templates, company lists for CV-focused roles, and salary data from past years. Because it is a resource index rather than software, the value is in the curation itself. One maintainer has distilled the noise of scattered job-hunting forums into a single coherent roadmap, and the FAQ section with 130 questions answers real concerns from candidates. For job seekers, the curated timelines and links save genuine time in a search that is already stressful enough.
