Why we included this project

MachineLearning is a hand-assembled reading list and study guide rather than a piece of software, and that's exactly why it's useful. It gathers Chinese-language textbooks, lecture courses, code implementations, and links to tools like transfer-learning libraries into one place, which is rare among mostly-English resource collections. The suggested path moves from Zhou Zhihua's introductory book to Li Hang's statistical learning text and then into hands-on Python exercises, while deeper material covers deep learning, computer vision, transfer learning, and time-series processing. There are also survey write-ups, math refreshers, and Kaggle entry-points, so it works as a starting shelf for someone mapping out a self-study route or planning reading material for a small team.
