Diffusion-based generation lives inside Krita with this plugin, so you can inpaint, expand a canvas, upscale to 4k or beyond, or edit existing content by text without exporting layers to a separate tool. Selections become the mask, and you can guide generation with region-based prompts, ControlNet maps, or IP-Adapter reference images, which keeps the results predictable. It runs on your own hardware (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Apple Silicon) or through an optional cloud for quick tests, and because it's built on ComfyUI you can bring custom models and presets. For artists who want control without fighting a separate web UI, this is a practical way to keep the drawing and the AI in the same space.
