Why we included this project
Reading research papers is a skill that takes practice, and this repo is a good way to get better at it. The author has gone through a set of influential deep learning and computer vision papers and added handwritten notes that point out the key ideas and derivations, which makes the dense prose much easier to follow. If you are a developer who keeps meaning to read more research but gets lost in the jargon, working through a few of these annotated versions is a practical way to build the habit. The papers are grouped by field and topic, so you can jump straight to something relevant to your current project instead of wading through a raw arXiv feed. It is best used as a guided reading list and study companion; the value is in the marginal notes and the careful selection of genuinely useful papers, not in running any code.
